Mireia’s background is in social & cultural anthropology and international relations. She has been involved in advocating for freedom of movement and human rights of people on the move in Europe, particularly in Spain and Greece. Her interests intersect across Indigenous rights, feminism, racial justice and decoloniality. Her work has been influenced by grassroots organisations and community-based activism.

At the Fund, Mireia supports grantee partners in cross-border convenings through the Hub, and strengthens public communications. She is passionate about grassroots organising and structural change.
